The principle “zero error”
To prevent errors is better than to eliminate errors – based on this principle we take prevention measures that generates an optimal production process.
In the category of these measures are included all the methods of quality insurance before and during the production process.

Our clients set the quality measure and we try to fully adapt to each requirement.
Qualified employees
Before everything we impose to our employees an impeccable labour conscription and we support their continuous qualification through a fundamental combination between information and perfecting. Our success is based on motivated employees who have a know-how of specialty and which also extends outside the fields they are specialized for.
The high quality of our products and services
In the year 1996 we already introduce a system of the quality management according to DIN EN ISO 9002-1994, that was certified by DQS GmbH in 1997.
In 2001 we developed the system of the quality management and we adapted to the requirements of the standard DIN EN ISO 9001:2000, that was confirmed together with the certification from 2002. As a logic consequence the facility Usti und Labem was also certified in 2004 according to the standard EN ISO 9001:2000.
In 2006 took place the certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 and ISO/TS 16949:2002.
In 2009 took place the certification according toDIN EN ISO 9001:2008and ISO/TS 16949:2002.
