The first orders for production
1988 we take over the splinting processing of the aluminum pump cases and we assemble fuel pumps.In the same year it starts to operate a CAQ system.
1989 we start the series production of the small electric engines for automotive industry.
Concept development
1995 we elaborate for the first time a whole concept of production. We take over the production of electromotors couplings manufacturing assembling parts and equipments for series production.
1998 we extend our activity range with disposition and production of the movement systems of mirrors for automotive industry.
Expansion
2000 we take over part of the units of a company of cables manufacturing.
2001 Th. Gemsa GmbH reaches to own 75% of the property of A. & Th. Schneider GmbH.
2002 KTU s.r.o (Kabelová Technilá Usti nad Labem) becomes in a proportion of 52% the owner of the company A. & Th. Schneider GmbH.
New ways
2006 we contracted a partnership with Fa. Oechsler AG from Ansbach and we found in Romania the company Schneider & Oechsler s.r.l.
Foundation
1987 Andreas Schneider and Thomas Schneider set up the company A & Th. Schneider Gmbh, as external production plant for the supplier for automotive industry, Robert Bosch GmbH. We start with the production of DC engines, manufacturing series parts.
Extension of the activity fields
1992 it is founded a new activity, manufacturing of cables.
Starting with 1994 we provide on clients’ request services of disposition, transporting, packaging and dispatch of commercial goods.
Certification
1997 we develop the internal network and we certify ourselves according to the requirements of DIN EN ISO 9002.
2004 takes place the certification of the whole group according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000.
2006 takes place the certification according to the standards DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 and ISO/TS 16949:2002.

„Problems of the date 2000“
1998 we prepare for the “problems of the date 2000” by establishing a project team.
1999 we solve the problems and we verify by an audit client.
2000 we accomplish without any difficulty the passing into the next century.
Growing of production volume
2001 we take over a production line for manufacturing adjustable servomotors as well as electromotors for controlling the butterfly valves inside the internal combustion engines for the automotive industry.
2001 the production of windows driving motors and of driving motors for trap systems from Mexico to our production unit from Iffezheim.
